Williams Grove Speedway

Since its beginning in 1939, Williams Grove Speedway has been one of the top weekly sprint car tracks in the country. The speedway is a 1/2 mile banked smooth clay oval with speeds reaching in excess of 100 mph. The 2024 racing season runs from March to October. Our largest show, the World of Outlaws National Open will pay $75,000 to the winner plus over $190,000 in total prize money. Season admission prices range from $20 to $50 for adults with discounted youth (Ages 13-20) priced from $10-$20 and Kids 12 and under are always FREE. Special sanctioned events include races for the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars, ULMS Late Models, United States Auto Club, United Racing Club and the PA Sprint Series. Other racing divisions appearing throughout the season include 358 sprint cars, 360 sprint cars, super late models and super sportsman. We strive to be a family oriented facility by hosting Fan Appreciation Nights, Kids Night, fireworks shows and by supporting many local and national charities.

Williams Grove Hosts USAC Eastern Storm Friday
Wingless and winged 410 sprints in action June 14

Mechanicsburg - Kurt Smith Motorsports will present the wingless USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Cars this Friday night, June 14 at Williams Grove Speedway.

The Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprint cars will join the wingless 410 USAC cars, slated to get underway at 7:30 pm.

The national 410 sprint stars of the United States Auto Club will compete in the Eastern Storm Series.

Competing in a 30-lap main event, the USAC drivers will be racing for a nice $6,000 payday while the regular Williams Grove 410s run for $5,500.

USAC Eastern Storm National Stars Invade Williams Grove June 14
Mechanicsburg – Presented by Kurt Smith Motorsports, the USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Tour will invade Williams Grove Speedway in just two weeks, on Friday night, June 14.

Presented by Kurt Smith Motorsports, the national 410 sprint stars of the United States Auto Club will compete in the Eastern Storm Series for wingless sprint cars at Williams Grove.

The Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprints will join the USAC 410s on the racing card.

USAC East 360 sprints race in Gallagher 5G To Win, 410 sprints get $5,500
Mamma’s Pizza Fan Appreciation Night offers FREE chips and candy to fans plus plenty of pizzeria prizes


Mechanicsburg – Williams Grove Speedway will host Mamma’s Pizza Fan Appreciation Night along with racing for the Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprints and the wingless USAC East 360 sprints this Friday, June 7 at 7:30 pm.

With the purchase of a general admission ticket, fans will be granted free access to the frontstretch pit area from 5:30 until 6:20 pm.

Courtesy of Martins Potato Chips and Hoseheads.com, fans entering the pits will receive free bags of chips and boxes of candy to enjoy as they meet and greet their favorite drivers.

TJ Stutts Returns To Williams Grove Winner’s Circle, Thomas Upsets Danner In USAC Eastern Storm

Mechanicsburg – After a near 19-year absence, TJ Stutts of Liverpool returned to victory lane at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night in the 25-lap Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprint car feature.

Stutts claimed $5,500 for his first 410 sprint win at the track since August 26, 2005.

In the 30-lap USAC Sprint Eastern Storm main event, Kevin Thomas Jr. of Cullman, Alabama, pulled off a last corner pass of race-long leader Briggs Danner to upset for the win.

Tony Jackson started second in the 410 sprint car feature and took the lead at the start over Jarrett Cavalet.
